Our first step is to understand the product idea in depth. During the inception phase, we’ll conduct research to develop a deep knowledge of the users and the business in order to validate and align expectations. This will guide us to create an appealing, successful user experience.
Moving forward, we’ll reflect on all of the research gathered and generate insights on what problems users face. Then, we’ll start to organize and prioritize functionalities in a solid, scalable structure, ensuring navigation is as simple as possible.
Now we get creative! The team brainstorms how our solution should look and behave in order to truly meet user needs. Our goal is to gather input for the UX/UI design iterations that will follow.
To be able to visualize what the product will look like and get early feedback from users and stakeholders, it’s important to build real representations of the product. During rapid cycles of build-measure-learn, we’ll evolve our designs.
The best way to kickstart the development process with confidence is to test the prototype with real users to detect errors and iterate to find the best possible solutions.
