Hiring Onboarding Presentation

HR Interaction

Step 1)
This is the first step of our hiring process.

Step 2)
This step focuses on the interaction between the HR department, the requester and the candidates until the interview is completed or the candidate is no longer considered.

Step 3)
CV is received -> Shortlist CVs -> CV accept/decline -> If Accept, Invitation to the first interview ->Start and follow-up of the practical assessment -> Contractual interaction -> Final confirmation

First Interview

Step 1)
This step focuses on the first conversation between a potential candidate and our Wokontech family members. It should be seen as an opportunity for both sides to meet new people, new opinions, knowledge, and understanding.

Step 2)
The goal of this step is to find out if the candidate fits the professional and Wokontech requirements of their role.

Step 3)
Our family focuses on a 360° approach (for clients and Wokontech), which must be reflected in the candidate's skills:

  • High sense of responsibility and taking ownership of all tasks.
  • Very proactive and curious nature.
  • Highly motivated to achieve challenging goals.
  • Strong technical understanding of best practices.

Step 4)

Shortlisting

Step 1)
This step is about short listing the results of the interviews. This step will take place after each interview.

Step 2)
Interview participants will sort through their thoughts and then conduct a short follow-up discussion.

Step 3)
The goal is to find a common understanding and agree together on the next steps.

Practical Assessment

Step 1)
This step focuses on the practical application of the skills and fits that have been discussed. An applicant who comes to this step has already gone through the first phase of the hiring process and is considered a potential fit for our family based on the interview conducted.

Step 2)
The practical assessment is designed to test the applicant's theoretical knowledge. Depending on the role, skills and seniority we are looking for, the practical assessment will vary.

Step 3)
After then practical assessment performance will be reviewed by our requester and, depending on the result, the invitation to the final interview to discuss the cooperation or the end of the recruitment process for the candidate.

Final Interview

Step 1)
This step focuses on the second in-person interview between the candidate and the requester. The final interview focuses on going into the details. The final interview focuses on sorting out all doubts on both sides to be able to say “Yes, we are a match”.

Decision & Contract

Step 1)
The final step is to make the final decision and agree on the final terms of the contract.
